My name is Frank Ortiz, and I work as a Commercial Account Manager at Sam Galloway Ford, helping businesses find the right commercial vehicles for their daily operations. I work directly with business owners, contractors, and fleet managers who rely on dependable trucks and vans to keep their work moving. My goal is simple: make the process of purchasing, configuring, and maintaining work vehicles as smooth and efficient as possible.
My background gives me a strong understanding of how businesses operate. Before working in automotive sales, I spent years involved in real estate investment, construction, and construction management. I have personally been involved in buying, renovating, and selling residential properties, as well as participating in commercial real estate rehab and construction projects. Through that experience, I saw firsthand how important reliable work vehicles are to contractors, project managers, and business owners who need equipment and materials on the job site every day.
Because of this experience, I understand that a commercial truck or van is more than just a vehicle — it is a tool your business depends on to stay productive and profitable. Whether helping a contractor choose the right upfitted work truck, assisting a business that is expanding its fleet, or coordinating service and maintenance, I focus on helping customers get the right solution for their business needs.
One of the most important things I provide is being a person on the inside of the dealership who is working for you. I help guide customers through the entire process, from selecting the right vehicle and coordinating upfitting to handling paperwork and scheduling delivery. Many of my commercial customers complete much of the process remotely so their trucks can be prepared and ready without them having to spend unnecessary time at the dealership.
My support does not stop after the sale. I also help coordinate service scheduling and mobile service options, allowing many businesses to have maintenance performed at their location. This helps reduce downtime, keep trucks working, and save valuable time that would otherwise be spent waiting in a service department.
My focus is always on helping businesses get the right vehicles, the right equipment, and the right support so they can keep their operations running efficiently.
